Orange Ghost

From Chilli Pepper Perrett comes a potential new addition to his successful range of Bedford Banger sauces. This Orange Sauce is given a burst of flavour and heat from the Ghost Chilli.

Vinegar, Tomatoes, Orange Juice, Sugar, Red Peppers, Corn Flour, Ground Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Salt, Chilli Powder.

Chilli Peppercorn Steak

A blend of chillies and mixed peppercorns give this sauce a great flavour when combined with steak, drizzled over a salad or mixed into a vegetable stir fry.

Pineapple, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Shallots, Tomato Purée, Maple Syrup, Garlic, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Chilli, Ginger, Black Pepper, Nigella Seeds, Salt.

Nutty Sweet Treat

This thick paste is a blend of peanuts, walnuts and pecans – a sweet sticky treat which can be used in baking, or even blended into ice cream or a cheesecake.
